In addition to the academic coursework at the University of Oviedo, the program offers several exclusive courses during the fall and spring terms that are specifically suited to the characteristics and resources available locally and in the region:
- Intercultural Awareness/Intercultural Perspectives is a mandatory intercultural awareness training course
- A special seminar to complement service learning and internship placements.
- A visiting professor from our partner institutions teach two courses each term.
