Homestays
Home stay accommodations include a single room, three meals per day and light laundry. On special occasions, another student from the program may be placed in the same household but each of you will have your own room.
Throughout the years, GEO has developed an excellent network of local families that have successfully hosted many generations of American students. We make every effort to accommodate your preferences in housing. Students should expect to be flexible and reasonably tolerant, remembering that American standards are not necessarily applicable to Spanish life. Most students find that the more willing they are to ask questions and work to assimilate themselves into the daily life and routine of the household, the more rewarding they find their experience.
Residence Hall
During the Intensive Summer sessions, students have the option of staying in in a residence hall or in a home stay.
Homestays will be awarded based on availability and on a first come first served based. Students are encouraged to pay their deposit and make their request as soon as possible. Accommodations are awarded on a first come, first served basis.
